We love the abstract-meets-minimalist creations of Brittany Bergamo Whalen. From her gentle color palette to her thoughtful use of space, we just want the whole fam in frames and totally covering our walls. Take a look!
“Brittany Bergamo Whalen is an artist with a love of minimal design and abstract mark-making. Her work is about an exploration of form, space and interaction. She interprets her surroundings and personal experiences by overlapping both expressive and rigid marks based on what’s being viewed and felt while creating. Each mark within her work represents a specific moment, or objective fragment that allows the composition of each piece to flow, while also leaving room for negative space. She believes there’s something special about those moments of pause.”
Brittany will be at Winter Flea this weekend with digital and original drawings for sale, so come scope out her work and other fine finds.
